Membership:
Free to Manchester residents. For others, non-resident fees apply.

Check-out Info:
New books for adults: 2 week loan
Magazines and movies: 1 week loan
All other materials: 4 week loan, one renewal

The Library does not place limits on the number of books, audiobooks, and magazines that may be checked out. DVD's are limited to five per cardholder. Please be mindful of others’ needs when choosing how many items to check out.

Computer Usage:
Public Access Computer Reservations may be made up to 24 hours in advance.
Public Access Computer use: one hour/day.

Wireless Internet access is available at no charge within the building.
